How do I know my order has been received by House of Bricks?

As soon as you have placed your order House of Bricks will send you a confirmation email.

How long will it take for me to receive my items?

Items should be received within 3 – 5 days.  If after this time you still have not received your order and are in any way concerned, please do not hesitate to contact us at: info@myhouseofbricks.co.uk

What is the delivery cost?

The delivery cost varies depending on the weight of the item and your location. Each price is calculated and displayed on when you check-out, although average postage prices are around £3.50 for UK deliveries – International orders will be slightly more. Be sure to look on the checkout page for confirmed costs.

How can I be sure that the product I order will fit me?

Due to the nature of vintage clothing it is often difficult to calculate exact sizing. At House of Bricks we do our best to provide accurate measurements*, photos and descriptions with each listing as well as estimated sizes. In doing this we hope to offer a better indication of what each garment is like so we can match your expectations to the best of our ability.

*All items are measured in inches.

In what condition are the vintage clothes and accessories for sale?

At House of Bricks we individually handpick each item to make sure they meet the highest expectations. Unless otherwise stated we guarantee each piece will be free of any flaws, rips or stains.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with your order we happily accept returns within 14 days of purchase. All item(s) must be unworn and in the same condition as originally sent, with the tags still attached.

At this time we are unable to offer free returns therefore the delivery cost will be as standard UK delivery.

We advise that you send back any unwanted products via recorded delivery. This allows the items to be tracked and ensures that they are being sent safely and reliably.

When will I receive my refund?

Once any unwanted items have been received securely by us we will start processing your refund immediately. This could potentially take up to 14 days however will most likely be with you earlier.

At House of Bricks we source our products from a selection of UK vintage wholesalers.  Every piece is handpicked by us with care and consideration of what our customers want and the quality they should expect.

Do you have a physical store?

As of now we are solely an on-line company. This allows you to shop anytime and at your leisure without the stresses of bustling crowds and rummaging vintage enthusiasts.
